Build a complete lead generation system that captures leads, delivers a free guide, and nurtures them toward a discovery call, all automated inside GHL
The Challenge
Claire needed a simple, automated way to grow her email list and warm up potential clients before they booked a call. She didn’t want a complicated setup — just a clean system that worked consistently in the background while she focused on coaching.
The goal was to build something that felt personal and on-brand, not like a generic template — and that moved leads naturally from “just curious” to “ready to talk.”

How the System Works
- Visitor lands on the opt-in page and submits their name and email to receive the free roadmap.
- GHL redirects them to the thank you page and simultaneously fires the automation workflow.
- Email 1 delivers the freebie immediately. Emails 2–4 follow over the next three days with one actionable tip each.
- Email 5 (Day 4) introduces a soft invitation to book a free discovery call.
- Throughout the sequence, the contact is tagged and tracked inside the GHL pipeline — so Claire always knows where each lead is in her system.
